Faculty Advisory Council
A university's foundation is its faculty. On Aug. 29, 2025, The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents authorized the creation of a new Faculty Advisory Council (FAC) under System Policy 12.04. The FAC will serve in an advisory capacity to the president on matters directly related to the academic programs of the institution.
Upcoming Meeting
Please note room change for in-person attendees. The first meeting of the Faculty Advisory Council (FAC) is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, from 3-5 p.m. The meeting takes place in MSC 2406 and via Zoom. Meetings of the FAC are open to the public.
