The Executive Committee advises the Chair of the Faculty Advisory Council (FAC), assists in the administration and planning of FAC meetings, is responsible for the budget, implements the decisions and programs of the FAC, and acts as directed by the FAC. Officers are appointed by the president and members-at-large are elected by members of the FAC.
